Insurance, banking, telecom, technology services: twenty years of leading teams and owning outcomes, with less and less time to build anything himself.
He wasn't going to spend his weekends writing Excel macros and VBA. Then came AI, then Claude, and building became possible again without becoming a full-time developer again. So he's back.
No grand business plan. No startup pitch. Just a builder, building.
